The production of 3C electronic products covers the whole process of R&D and design, supply chain material preparation, precision mold injection, metal CNC processing, SMT motherboard mounting and welding, complete machine assembly, full function inspection, high-temperature aging, rework and quality control, finished product packaging and warehousing. Starting from product project approval, structural and circuit design as well as incoming material quality inspection, it goes through plastic shell forming, precision processing and surface treatment of metal parts, followed by circuit board mounting, welding and intelligent testing. Then core components such as screens, batteries, cameras, speakers and motherboards are assembled on the production line to complete the assembly and sealing of the whole machine. Afterwards, full function tests including screen touch, audio and video, WiFi & Bluetooth, charging and battery life, keys and fingerprint are carried out. Defective products are screened by high-temperature aging. After rework and re-inspection, qualified products are packaged with accessories, and finally delivered after factory sampling inspection and warehousing.
